📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging

    • Reported within 3 days of delivery


🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If your item is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • the replacement of the product will be replaced and delivered 5-7 business days.

📸 Required for Returns

  • Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging as proof.

  • Send them to us via WhatsApp or email within 72 hours of receiving the product.


💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable unless a replacement is not possible.

  • In case of refund (if applicable), it will be processed via PhonePe within 5–7 business days.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Items returned after 3 days

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
